Shipping policy

Free worldwide shipping

Every order ships for free, to any country.

Dispatch time

Everything is made by me in Portugal. I keep most items built and tested in stock, so they are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. If an item needs to be made to order, the dispatch time is shown on its product page.

Delivery time

Typical delivery to the US is about a week to 10 days after dispatch. Delivery times to other countries vary, and can be longer during busy periods or because of customs checks.

Customs and import fees

For orders to the US, I pay the import duties when shipping, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. For orders to other countries outside the EU, your local customs may charge import fees on delivery, and these are paid by the buyer. If you are not sure, send me a message before ordering and I will help you check.

Questions

If you have any question about your order or delivery, write to hello@offscreenlabs.com. I usually reply within a few hours.
